
Ingredients:
3 over ripe bananas
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla extract
2 cups all purpose flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 cup chocolate chips
Directions:
1) Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2) Coat bottom of pan with oil
3) In large mixing bowl, mash bananas well with a fork or potato masher. Stir in oil, brown sugar and vanilla.
4) In separate bowl, stir together flour, and baking soda. Add to wet mixture. Mix until blended.
5) Fold in chocolate chips.
6) Pour into pan and bake 20-25 minutes, until lightly brown on top.
