Serves 20-24 meatballs
1lb of lean ground turkey
1/2 cup flour
1/3 to 1/2 cup Frank’s RedHot sauce
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp ground black pepper
1/4 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp chili powder
1) Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
2) Cover a cookie sheet in aluminum foil.
3) Add all ingredients in a large bowl and mix with a fork until everything is completely mixed.
4) Roll meatballs into tablespoon (golf ball) sized balls and place on covered cookie sheet.
5) Cook for 20-25 minutes.
Enjoy with blue cheese or ranch dressing.
